For restaurants

Full table service, at the pace of a Saturday night.

Courses, seats and splits on every check, a kitchen that sees every modifier, and a bill that goes out right the first time. Kessl is built around the check, so nothing on the floor is more than a tap away from it.

What it looks like on the floor.

Reservations seat straight onto the floor plan

The book for the day shows online requests and phone bookings together. Confirm, then Seat: the floor plan opens with the party selected and the check starts with the right covers.

Ring by seat and course

Each line carries a seat and a course as you add it. Send fires the starters now and holds the mains; course two goes when you say so.

The kitchen answers on the check

Lines change to PREPARING and SERVED as the pass works them. If the kitchen flags a delay or an 86, the server sees it on the line and gets an alert wherever they are.

Print the bill, then split it

Print a copy marked NOT PAID for the table. Split equal, by seat, by item or a custom amount, each share with its own tip worked out on the net value.

Close the day in ten minutes

Blind drawer count, Z report, shift handover. Product mix and server stats are waiting in the web admin before the last table leaves.

Everything above is standard. The full list, area by area, is on the features page.
