Features

Everything a venue runs on, in one system.

Kessl covers the floor, the kitchen, the till and the back office. Below is the whole of it, area by area, with a note on where each piece runs: on the iPad, in the web admin, in the cloud, or in your guests’ hands.

Floor & orders

Table service that keeps up with a full room.

Open a table, ring the order, send it, print the bill. The check is the centre of the screen, and every action is one tap away from it.

Kitchen & bar

Tickets where they belong, whichever outlet rang them.

An item knows if it is food or drink. Each outlet decides where it fires. The kitchen answers back on the same screens.

Payments

Take the money any way the guest wants to pay it.

The amount due is always at the top, tips sit beside it, and one button at the bottom completes the sale. Tenders the venue hasn’t set up are greyed out with a reason.

Staff

Fast for the floor, safe for the manager.

Sign in with a PIN alone, ask for a manager on the spot, and keep a record of who did what.

Guests

Let guests do more themselves.

Orders and bookings that guests start on their own land on the same screens your team already uses.

Back office

Run the numbers from anywhere.

The web admin is where the venue is set up and where the day is closed. Managers can open it from the iPad with their PIN.

Offline & sync

How it keeps working.

The short version: the iPad never asks the cloud before taking an order, and the cloud is the final word on money.

Next step

See it running your menu.

A live demo on your own menu and outlets, on real iPads. No commitment.
