Any iPad with a kitchen PIN becomes a kitchen screen. Tickets route by outlet and station, and the kitchen can flag a delay or an 86 back to the floor.

Float, blind count and variance, per currency, with an X and a Y report at shift close.

Take the card on the terminal your bank or processor provides and record the payment on the check with its auth code. You keep your own provider.
