Kessl is a product of 61 West Labs, a UK software studio. We designed it, we build it, we set it up in your venue, and we are the people you reach when something needs attention.
Most modern POS assumes a reliable connection. Kessl was designed for beach clubs, hotels and restaurants where the connection is the least reliable thing on the property, and where an outage during service costs real money.
We load your menu, modifiers and outlets before we show you anything, so a demo is your service, not a sample one. Setup and printer configuration are done by us.
The app runs on iPads you own. The back office and the system of record run in the cloud, managed by us.
